Benetech's Free Affordable Care Act Software Offer

HR Best Practices | HR Technology

We don’t typically use our blog to talk about ourselves, but we felt this campaign would be worth promoting to our readership. So please forgive the plug—we won’t make a habit out of it!

Bottom line, for the next two months Benetech is offering a Free Affordable Care Act Testing and Reporting Solution for employers that purchase Benetech’s payroll and HRIS workforce bundle. How can we do it? The answer entails getting all the necessary data into one place in order to allow automation to handle the bulk of the labor associated with ACA testing and reporting.

ACA testing requires two main information sources in order to track full-time employees and automate the 1095-C completion process—employee hours data, and health insurance eligibility data. When employers use Benetech’s payroll solution in conjunction with the Benefits Administration feature in Benetech’s HRIS, Benetech’s ACA manager is able to provide real-time feedback on an employer’s full-time population and identify appropriate 1095-C codes based on coverage offers tracked within the HRIS.

Why are we offering this now? First off, because we can. Secondly, we want to meet you! Benetech boasted 100% success in timely delivery of 1095-Cs and IRS filing in 2016. Year one has taught us a lot about what employers need in an ACA software solution, and we believe this bundle is a great option, especially for those teetering on making a payroll change in the next few months. While stand-alone ACA reporting options can certainly answer the mail, the greatest demand for improvement in ACA Services is for MORE AUTOMATION!

Again, if you are still reading, I apologize for the shameless plug—we’ll get back to our regular articles on HR technology and practical insights to healthcare regulatory compliance. By all means, if you want to learn more about this offer, click below for more details.
